EVA laminating replaces the PVB autoclave route with a vacuum bag or vacuum chamber and a heated cycle of two to four hours: the EVA interlayer melts, bonds and cross-links under vacuum alone. That makes it the practical choice for shops that laminate a few dozen panels a day, decorative interlayers such as fabric, mesh or printed film, and panels that would not survive autoclave pressure. Compare the usable chamber size against your largest panel, the number of layers or trays per cycle, the heating method and the cycle time; multi-layer machines lift daily output without a bigger footprint.
