- Where a manufacturer publishes its founding year, staff, certifications or installed base on its own website, we show it as a badge and keep the source.
- The contract and the warranty are with the manufacturer. We coordinate; we do not resell.
Questions buyers ask
Do I have to know exactly which machine I want?
No. Use Get machine recommendations and tell us what you produce, the glass sizes and thicknesses, and the capacity you need. A specialist replies with the machines that fit and why.
Can I get a quote for a whole production line?
Yes. Build a Production Line lets you pick the stages, from loading and cutting to tempering, laminating and insulating glass, and we quote the line as one project, machine by machine.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Every machine is configured to the buyer’s glass sizes, thicknesses and options, and shipping and installation depend on where the plant is. A quote for your configuration and address is the honest number.
Who do I sign the contract with?
With the manufacturer, on the terms in the quote. Payment goes to the manufacturer.
Can I visit the factory or see the machine running?
Ask in the quote request. Manufacturers arrange factory visits, videos of the machine running and, for larger orders, pre-shipment inspection with your glass.
What if the machine needs a different voltage or frequency?
Tell us the plant’s supply in the request. Manufacturers build to the destination voltage and frequency, and the quote states it.
Do you work with used machines?
The site lists new machines from manufacturers. If a manufacturer has a refurbished or demonstration unit available, the specialist will say so when you ask.
Which countries do you ship to?
Anywhere the manufacturer and a forwarder will deliver. Freight is quoted to your port or plant, and the quote names the route.
